Client: One of the World’s Largest Commercial Real Estate Firms.
Challenge: The client required a centralized global procurement program to seamlessly manage its office supply spend and ordering processes for more than 100 different offices worldwide, covering 10,000 items. This initiative was a dramatic shift from the client’s formerly decentralized structure.
Objective: Develop and implement a sophisticated e-procurement ordering process and centralized core item list and produce dynamic savings.
Result: TMG implemented the program on schedule and reduced the client's office supply spend by 47%. Further, administrative overhead and paperwork for non-strategic goods were also dramatically decreased via the internal e-procurement system.
